November 27,2009 at Heroes primary school polling station, the Presideing officer denied the observer to tak epictures of irregularities at the polling station.Registration number of voters cards are copied on the foil that remains in the books of presidential 'n national aasembly ballot book. Presiding officer sitting close to a bulk of cement with electio materia.
